Magnolia-licious DT Autumn/Fall Blog Hop

Good morning my dears and Welcome to our
Autumn/Fall Blog Hop over at

If you've come here from our sweet Katie then you are on the right track, if not then please do pop back to the start of the Hop over at Magnolia-licious challenge blog where you will find the list to follow, I would hate to think you missed out on the utterly amazing creations the girls have made for you.

I've made a cute milk carton caddy and 6 mini milk cartons for my neighbour who very kindly looks after my garden for me, so this is for her greenhouse and I'll fill those cartons with packets of seeds that she can plant come September. I can't take credit for the design though It was a tutorial from Sam Pootles, she is a favourite of mine for her precise instructions

I used Sweet pea Tilda from the Once upon a time collection and Tilda with Bow knot from the Animal of the Year collection, just click on the links to take you to both collections over to the Magnolia-licious store.

We would love for you to leave a comment as you go through the Hop and of course there will be a prize from our lovely Diana - owner of our challenge bog and Magnolia-licious store. So the more comments you leave the more chance you have to win.

Your next stop on the Blog Hop is to pop over and visit the very very talented Dena who has an amazing project to share with you.

Thank you so much for popping in to visit with me, I hope you are enjoying the Blog Hop.

Altered circular gift box with picture tutorial

Hello my dears,  I have an altered box to share with you today,  I told you a few days ago that I was having a tidy up of my 12 x 12 DP stash and I found a multitude of either 1 or 2 sheets of  beautiful Prima, Graphic45, Webster's pages, MME, Glitz etc etc.  I usually buy the 12x12 pad or kit and always have a few sheets spare after I've finished either scrap booking or making my mini albums.

So I thought I'd put these sheets to good use.  I've got a cupboard full of boxes, bags, frames etc waiting to be altered, I've now managed to make a small dent in my pile of alterable products. lol.  I bought these 3 stacking circular boxes last year so this is the first of them.

My papers are from Prima, their Almanac collection, sadly it's discontinued, but it was one of my all time favourites of Prima.

I used Heartfelt Creations Vintage Morning background stamp and cut this out using the matching Vintage morning die from spellbinders.  The leaves are also a spellbinders die Foliage.

I'm really pleased how it's transformed from the picture below to what it has become.  Can't wait now to get the other two completed.  They are half way there.  So maybe by tomorrow.!!!!

Wishing you all a fabulous Sunday.

A trio of gifts for a sweet girl !!!

Good morning my dears,  I hope you are all looking forward to your weekend,  I am off to our crop meeting at Cumbernauld to catch up with my lovely crafty buddies.  I haven't seen them since May!!!!  and that's far too long,  anyway's I digress.

I was having a clear out and tidy up in my craft room and came across a few Prima 12 x 12 papers and flowers from the Sun Kissed "Kindred Spirit" collection, and needing a gift for a very sweet girl who has helped me immensely in choosing my new car (picking it up next week)

I only had 1 and a half sheets so I used them to make the card and the flowers box.  the Maltesers box cover was 1 sheet of Glitz paper given to me at my last crop from my lovely friend Lynne Brown.

I'm not going to go into too many details as the trio I think speaks for itself. But I have to give credit to the lovely Sam Pootles for her fabulous punch board tutorial for the maltesers box. I made a slight adaptation to it by making a belly band for the closure instead of Sams ribbon.

I've used TH brushed corduroy distress ink - Cheery Lynne large flourish die - Marianne Design leaves - Magnolia Sentiment Especially for you and Thank you sentiment from my stash. Martha Steward five leaf flower punch and butterfly punch.

That's it from me for now my lovely's, wishing you all a fabulous weekend.

Good morning my dears,  It's time for another wonderful challenge over at

Our theme is "Frilly - Lacy - Feminine" my favourite type of card to make.  I've used Sweet Tilda with Rose Basket from the Pink Lemonade collection which is available over at Magnolia-licious store HERE

She has been coloured using ShinHan brush markers and Derwent soft pencils with sansodor oil.  My papers are Maya Designs Vintage Summer Basics.  I've also used the papers to cover my chipboard heart and button.  The tiny hearts are from the centre of the banner and I used Glamour dust on them.

I will of course pop a list of ingredients at the bottom of my post for you with links where possible.

Do please pop over to Magnolia-licious and take a peek at the fabulous makes the very talented DT have made just for you.
