Good Morning my Lovelies
Today is very mixed feelings day for me!!! why? well over at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge this week we are having a Design Team Call which is exciting news, just pop over to the CRAFT challenge blog to read more details on what's required.
On the other hand we are saying goodbye to some of the wonderful Girls who sadly are leaving us because they have other commitments to fulfill and just can't find time to slot everything into their busy working lives.
Things do change here in blogger land and we have to accept that we all have lives outwith our passion of crafting and blogging.
So I want to say Goodbye to Claire (our wonderful Leader) Julie, Andrea and last but not least Eileen. I'm gonna miss you girls, we all worked so well together and have become friends over the past year. I wish you all the luck in the world with your new ventures. Hey girls, you can now enter the challenge when you get the time, how cool is that.
Now onto this weeks challenge which is Milestone Birthdays or Milestone Celebrations such as Anniversary's, Graduation, Wedding etc. We need you to keep within the theme this week, no normal birthday cards etc.
I've gone with an Anniversary card, and used the lovely " lil Gina n Gerry" from Prairie Fairy Designs, coloured them with Pro
markers, cut them out and mounted on to double oval nesties. The rest of my recipe is below this post.
Our Sponsor this week is none other than the lovely Team mate Claire who is giving one lucky winner the chance to own the lovely Daisy stamp. Isn't she gorgeous, of course if you can't wait then you can buy her from Stitchy Bear Stamps in digital form, just click on the banner and hey presto you are there.
We look forward to seeing all your lovely creations over the coming week and don't forget the DT Call. See you all later and I hope you all have a wonderful day.
Other Challenges Entered:
1. Stamptacular Sunday Challenge:
Are looking for two images this week on your creation, Gina and Gerry come as separate images so I've used both of them.
2. Papertake Weekly Challenge:
Have a recipe of 3,2,1. You can choose what you use but your card must contain
3 of one thing 2 of another and 1 other item.
I've gone with 3 flowers, 2 images and 1 ribbon.
3. One Stitch at a Time Challenge:
Would like to see shapes on your projects this week. I've used a rectangle,
two ovals and two circles on my card.
4. Creative Craft World Challenge:
Have a Celebration theme going this week along with their recipe of 3 flowers, 2 papers, 1 ribbon, and an image. This card is in celebration of my friends 33 years of marriage, they have been through the mill the last 18months with health issues which hopefully have been resolved. But let me tell you the sentiment really means what it says.
