Creative Inspirations #48 A Christmas Gift - DT project

Good Morning my Lovelies,  Well it's snowing again this morning and the temp is minus 4 degrees. Brrrrr......  I did manage to get out yesterday to the Aqua Pro markers Demo and I found it very interesting, and yes I bought them, haven't played with them yet, I'll do that later on today.

Sunday morning means it's another new Theme over at

and this week it was the lovely Corry who chose it, she would like to see some Handmade Christmas Gifts for this fortnights challenge.  I must say the DT have come up with some totally beautiful creations so please pop over and take a peek if you are in need of inspiration.

I've gone for a simple little treat bag made with my Hougie board. I started off with plain white card and then decorated the front with Sweet Tilda and various bits n bobs, my full recipe is below this post.

Our Sponsors this challenge are the wonderful Fantastic Ribbons, who have an amazing selection of not just ribbons but buttons too.  I stocked up recently when I met with Keith and Ben at the SECC in Glasgow.  Our other Sponsor is the lovely Paper Cupcakes who will be giving one lucky winner a choice of two fab digi's.

With Christmas just around the corner hopefully our challenge will give you the chance to make another beautiful box,bag etc for another gift.  We look forward to seeing all the lovely creations I'm sure you're going to create.

Have a wonderful Sunday and if like me your kinda snowed in then do keep warm and cosy.   Suzi xox

Suzi, a very cute gift bag—I don’t think I’ve actually seen this type before. Adorable Tilda (she is on my wish list because I think she can be very versatile...LOL). You’ve coloured her beautifully. Love the huge snowflake and fabby flowers. Terrific job on this project--beautifully-crafted. Love it.
