Fairy Fun Friday #39 Make Your own Flowers DT card

Hello again my dears, Here is my second post for today, this is my DT for the new fortnightly challenge over at Fairy Fun Friday which this week has the theme of Make your own Flowers.  I've used the beautiful Sitting Pretty Fairy from the amazing Fairy selection of images available from our lovely Roberta over at Prairie Fairy Designs Store.  If you haven't visited the store I strongly suggest you do, the images that are available are amazing, not just fairies may I add but a vast selection to suit every ones tastes.  All created by the lovely Roberta our Fairy Queen.

I've used Promarkers for the skin tones and Staedler water pencils for her little frock.  The gold nestie she is sitting on is from Marianne D's collection, I've threaded Burgundy organza ribbon through the openings and used the rest of the ribbon to make a little rosette flower with a glitter accent from K&Co.  The poinsettia is also from Marianne D's collection.  The full recipe for my card is below this post.

Our Prize for this challenge is
Random Winner:  A choice of 5 images from Prairie Fairy Designs
Top Spot Winner:  A choice of 3 images from the Prairie Fairy Designs
Top 3: Can choose 1 image from the store.

Do remember we have a Junior Category too. If you are under the age of 12 then just pop (jr) behind your name when entering your creation.

Well I  think that's all from me for now, I'm off to catch up on some commenting and have a wee browse around to see if I've missed anything.  Bye for now. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

  17. Hi Suzi, sorry to be such a stranger. Seems like ages since I have visited you. Your card is just gorgeous! That image is so sweet and I always love red and gold together, especially for Christmas. Your hand made ribbon flower is awesome too. I have tried and tried to make ribbon flowers and always throw them down in disgust. I am a dismal failure at them - LOL. Yours are wonderful!

Hope you are having a great week.

    Hugs,
    Linda
