A Fab Scrap Card No.1

Hello my dears,  I'm sharing my latest card
which was made using papers from my
scrap box!!!  I keep a box full of bits of paper
that I can't bear to throw out.

My box is getting too full so I've decided that I'll make
one card a week using only the scraps in the box.

This is my first one.  It's a 6x6 Kraft card and the
papers are from Studio75 the yellow, green and red
are from the Yummy collection and the brown polka dot
is from an old collection which has been retired.

The flowers are hand made using Red Foamiran and I've
used black oil pastels on the tips.

The chipboard piece is from my stash and I made two cute
tassel's using some of the scrap paper.

I think it turned out quite nice in the end.  I'll be back
next week to share Fab Scrap Card No. 2

In the meantime here is another photo of the card showing
that it's also been decorated on the inside.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit, I
hope I've encouraged you to look again at your
scrap box, I'm sure you have one. lol

Hugs

Love a card that uses up our scraps and this one is perfect. It's got a vintage vibe going too. Your flower is amazing. Thanks for sharing it with us at Unstampabelles and we hope to see you back soon!

Hi Suzi!

I'm thrilled that Kath sent you over to the Snippets Playground with this utterly gorgeous card! What a beauty!

Do remember, to be in for a chance to win the prize I ask for a comment saying yes please. It's only due to a couple of times when folk were playing for fun and didn't say!

Please come back again - the detail on your card is fabulous.

Hugs

Di xx
