Midweek Magnolias #5 Homespun Style

A very good morning to you all,  Wow! Wednesday already, the weeks seem to be flying past.  Anyway it's time for another fabulous challenge over at

This week our theme is Homespun Style with a Picture Pallet to give you some idea of the materials, colours and design we're looking for. A lovely choice for you.

I've chosen to go with Pink and Green with a dash of brown in my papers which are from the Lemonade pack from Basic Grey.

My image is sweet Tilda and her bunny from the Butterfly and Dreams collection.  I've coloured them with Copic Ciao markers, having only just started with these amazing pens four weeks ago my collection is growing rapidly,  to the dismay of my bank balance. lol.   and my knowledge of mixing colours is getting slightly better.  I just wish I'd found them before buying all the other types of alcohol inks.  I've listed the numbers used in my recipe ingredients below this post.

Do please pop over and take a peek at the wonderful designs and creations my sweet Dt buddies have made for you this week, they are stunning.  A reminder that you are only allowed to enter a MAXIMUM of 5 other challenges (including ours) to be included in the wonderful surprise gift from Magnolia Sweden.

I'm looking forward to seeing all your wonderful creations over the next week.  Wishing you all a very creative week ahead.

I can't believe you've only been using your Copics for a few weeks as your coloring is wonderful ... This little card is just amazing with all the added embellies... You mentioned you had used other Alchol inks before getting your Copics & am curious which ones you tried. I love my Copics but have some wonderful pastel colors done with Promarkers & Flexmarkers & was thinking of buying a few pale colors to try. Would love to get a true pale yellow for clothing. thanks for the tip on that new Copic site, I'm off to check it out.
Hugs, Janie
