My favourite 5 Creations of 2013

Hi everyone,  Well it's nearly here!!  2014,  today I'm celebrating my Wedding Anniversary with my best friend!! my dear hubby!!  We are not actually doing anything!!!  We are waiting until mid Jan and then shooting off to somewhere in Europe for a nice week of relaxing in luxury.

Anyhoo!! I digress,  I'm here to share my favourite five creations for 2013,  another traditional post that sweet Debby does each year.  So here we go.

My first ever Mini Album made from scratch.  This was for my Daughter who got married in September this year.

Another first!!! this was my debut card after being invited to be a Design Team Member for Magnolia-licous Challenge.
I was so nervous!! as the gals are super talented.

This card had such an abundance of hand made embellishments and I loved this collection of Magnolia Stamps, so very Princess!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed making these adorable mini books to hold various crafty bits n bobs and they sit beautifully on my window sill along with another 6 that I've made since.

Again another 1st -  my first book card

I hope you enjoyed some of my favourites,  I could have added many more all for different reasons but we would be here forever.

It just leaves me to wish you all a

Very Happy New Year, may it bring Happiness, Health, Love and contentment to your life.

Hugs and love

Miss Dorothy and sweet Tilda are off to the Circus

Hello my dears,  I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Santa brought you some lovely gifts!!!!   I was spoiled as ever from my sweet family and friends.

I had a little play yesterday with some of my new Magnolia Stamps which came from the lovely Diana over at Magnolia-licious Store.  Here we have Miss Dorothy and of course Elephant Show Tilda, you can find them HERE with wonderful discounted/sale prices on everything in the Store, yes I did say everything, including all of the stamp ranges and dies.  Wow!!! get over there quick before they all disappear.

Sweet Tilda has been coloured all over with one Copic (No. 000) and then I've used my Derwent soft pencils with my sansodor oil to add the colour.  Miss Dorothy has been coloured with Flexmarkers and Derwent soft pencils.  You can't see the shine and glitter but on Miss Dorothy's skull cap accent swirls I've used my Sakura tiara pens.

As always I will add a list of ingredients used with links where possible at the bottom of my post.

In the meantime I wish you all a wonderful weekend ahead.

Tilda's getting ready to PARTY!!!!!!

Good morning everyone,  Well it won't be long now!!!!  Santa is on his way and I'm sure there will be lots of us getting our selves glammed up for the festivities and sweet Tilda is no exception.

Here she is with her rollers in, make up on, perfume at the ready, I'm sure her outfit will be stunning when she takes off that dressing gown!!! lol.

Anyway I just couldn't wait to mask up these 3 new Winter Collection Club kit stamps that popped through my letter box yesterday.

I don't have names for them yet but here is Tilda in her Rollers, dressing table and small gift.  They've all been coloured with flex markers and derwent soft pencils.

These will be available very shortly over at

Altered Christmas Wall Hanging with Graphic45

Hello my dears,  I'm here to share my last Altered Christmas decoration that I've made for my Daughter.

I'm not sure where she will hang it but she'll find a spot for it.  It's actually a lot nicer in real life as the fran-tage has all these lovely gold flecks over the frames.

Anyway It took a fair bit of work as this was an old K&Co wall hanging that had been in my alter box since last year.

The papers had to be removed along with the layers,  I then used lots of white acrylic paint, once dried the fran-tage came out (aged Ivory) and I went to work with the heat gun, the sweet doves are made using a mould and hot melt art white glue,  the red roses are from WOC, the berries, leaves and white sprays are all from That Craft Place. Ribbon from my stash.

The papers I've used are from Graphic45 - 12 days of Christmas edition.  They are stunning, my next project for them is a mini Christmas Album to display this years photographs. I'll show you when I've finished it.

Anyway my dears that's all I have for you today but I'm sure I'll be back with something else fairly soon.

In the meantime have a wonderful day.

Cute Snow Globe with Tilda

Hello again my dears, this is my second post today,  I've had this snow globe since last year - it was in my to do bag along with a multitude of other projects waiting to be completed, lol.

I've managed at last to do something with it!!!!   as you can see I've used quite a few Magnolia mini stamps to create two adorable winter scenes.  I will list them for you at the bottom of my post for you with links to Magnolia-licious Stamps where you can purchase them.

They have been coloured using flex-markers and derwent soft pencils. a little glamour dust and liquid appliqué for the trees, the beads surrounding the globe were purchased yesterday for 99p at the Christmas Charity Crop I attended, it's one of those elasticated bracelets, I  much prefer it on the snow globe.

I've made this for a dear friend who loves all things Magnolia.

Anyway that's all from me for today my dears,  I'm sitting here in my craft room listening to the lashing rain and very very high winds, I'm so glad I don't have to venture out!!!!

Hope you are all having a lovely Sunday.

Totally Tilda #87 Anything Goes with the option to Recycle with Tilda

Hello my dears,  I can't believe that my Totally Tilda DT term is coming to an end and this will be my final post this year for

A new DT will be introduced to everyone in January (I'm keeping my fingers, eyes, legs!!! and arms crossed that I may be included).

Anyway my loves,  our last challenge of the year has the theme of ANYTHING GOES WITH THE OPTION TO RECYCLE with TILDA

As you can see from my pics above I chose to recycle another Pringle's tub.   This time I've used sweet Tilda with heart scarf and she is also recycled,  I found her at the bottom of my Christmas card box from last year, poor wee thing has been sitting in there all this time, well she is definitely going to a new home this Christmas.   I just spruced her up a bit by refreshing her colours.   I have popped a list of ingredients used at the bottom of my post for you with links where possible.

Our first  Sponsor for this challenge is Nikki from Bunny Zoe's Crafts

gif maker

But!!! we also have 2 additional sponsors who are giving you a chance to win with this challenge.  You will have to pop over to
Totally Tilda to find out all about them!!!! hehehehe

This will also give you a chance to take a peek at the fabulous projects with the recycle elements the Tildarette's have created for you.  They are fantastic to say the least.

It just leaves me to say to my fellow Tildarette's, Mummy Tildarette and Susie (aka Boss) Tildarette a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous  New Year.
