Magnolia-licious DT "W"ednesday Inspirational post

Hi everyone,  I'm here to share a  very very late posting for our "W"ednesday inspirational post to showcase the wonderful selection of stamps available over at

I didn't have time to schedule my post as I was rushed into Hospital with some major health issues and spent a week undergoing tests, CT scans Echo scans, blood tests etc etc.  I've been home now for 6 days or so with lots of medication and further schedules hospital appointments to attend.

My dear hubby has treated me to a Samsung Tablet to stop me going stir crazy while I recuperate, I even tried a little colouring today but couldn't steady my hands enough to finish my image off so that's going to be work in progress over the next couple of days.
I will get there!!! why do I know this, because crafting is a huge part of my life and I will not allow my illness stop me enjoying my passion for all things crafty.

Anyways, onto the reason I'm here with this post.

The Magnolia-licious Store carries a vast array of our sweet Magnolia stamps but did you know that we also have Whimsy/Wild Rose Studio/Penny Black/Candibean and much more!!!!  we also have an amazing selection of Die's such as Magnolia Doohickey/Memory Box/La la Land/Cheery Lynn/Poppy stamps dies and a lot more.   You will find all these delicious crafty goodies over at

For my card I've used the cute Candibean Wendy's Birthday Cake   She has been coloured with Copics and Derwent soft pencils.

Don't forget to leave a comment either on the "W"ednesday Inspirational post You can post a comment on any of the Design team posts to be included in the draw to win a Surprise Package from the lovely Diana.
The more Love you leave the bigger the chance of winning.

That's all from me for today

Magnolia-licious Challenge DT - Summer Fun

Good morning my dears,
We have a new challenge starting over at

This fortnight we would love to see all your pretty

"Summer Themed Creations"

I've used sweet Tilda with Cherry ice from the 2013 Sea Breeze Collection. I wanted to stamp her straight onto the lovely LOTV photo stamp but she was just a shade too big so I've cut her out and mounted her onto the stamp instead.

She has been coloured using Flex-markers and Derwent artists pencils for shading.

I've kept my card CAS, using just bright papers from MME & Basic Grey, dies are spellbinders Card Creator and Heartfelt Creations Raindrops on Roses. Not a flower in sight!!!! which is most unusual for me but I kinda like this card.

Do please pop over and take a peek at the wonderful makes my sweet DT buddies have created for you this time round. They are stunning as always.

Our sponsor for all our challenges is the very generous and lovely Diana Crick who will be sending our random winner a fabulous surprise gift.

Don't forget to comment, the more comments you make the more chance of winning a fabulous prize.

Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Challenges Entered:

Friday, June 6

Too cute for words!!!

Hello my dears,  Yippee!! it's Friday, let the weekend commence!!!

Most of you know that I love my Rubber!! give me a stamp I can hold in my hands and I'm a very happy bunny!!  I was first introduced to digital images when I became a DT member for Prairie Fairy, oh how I love Roberta's designs, but sadly the blog closed to let Roberta move on to her love of paint and proper Art!! lol. so I stopped using digital images.

Anyhoo!! I'm digressing a little, I was doing a clean up and going through files on my computer when I came across this wee soul sitting in a file all on her own!!  I am sure she is a Besties girl (it's the eyes that makes me think she is a Bestie)  So,  never having played with any of Sherri's images I decided to have a go.  Isn't she adorable.  Love her to bits so I may have to go and have a browse for some more.

Don't know her name but as it's my great nieces Birthday soon I'll call her Lily-Rose in her honour.  Lily has been coloured using Flex markers & Derwent pencils for shading.

My papers are Echo Park's Happy Days collection - little flowers, Flowers are from I am Roses and my dies are from Magnolia - Heartfelt Creations - Tattered Lace  and Whimsy.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

A very good morning to you all and welcome to our

Summer Fun Blog Hop  at

If you've come here from Magnolia-licous Blog you're on the right track, if not then you might want to go back to the Start of the hop HERE I would hate for you to miss out on seeing the delightful projects my sweet teamies have created for you.

As you can see from the pictures I decided to make a couple of cute caddies for my Grandchildren which I will fill with fun goodies to keep them occupied over the school summer holidays. They are quite a good size and will hold Crayons, paints, brushes, scissors, stamped images, etc etc.

The Twins love to create with me every time they visit so now they will have their own supplies.

Here is a close up of the girls caddy and all those pretty Tilda's

Below is the boys caddy with just one sweet Edwin and the adorable Ice Cream booth stamp.  I have another one of these to make as I have twin Grandson's but I'll make it in his favourite colour of Orange.

You will find a list of the Magnolia Stamps I used below this post. The girls caddy base is Bazzill card and the DP are Prima and Papermania.

The Boys DP are all from Basic Grey

Now you need to pop over to sweet Karen to continue your Blog Hop Journey.  I'm sure Barb has something spectacular to share with you.   Have a nice day everyone.
