Graphic45 Christmas Journal!!!

Hello my dears, I'm here to share a Christmas journal using left over papers
from Graphic45 12 Days of Christmas which has been in my stash for
such a long time.!!! I think I bought it about 3 or 4 years ago to make an
album and below is what was left.

There were lots of strips and off cuts but two
reasonable sized sheets
which I used to cover the front of the journal and what was left over to make
the front of the little hand made notebook and the tabs inside the front
and back of the book.

I used Eileen Hull's (Sizzix XL steel die) Passport journal die and black elastic to
hold the booklets and for the closure adding a pretty metal Christmas wreath charm.

The finished journal measures 5" x 3.5" a nice size to pop into your handbag.

Here are some more pics at different angles.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pop in and visit. I hope you'll come
back and see me soon.

New Baby Lollipop Shaker card !!

Good morning my dears,  I'm here to share my sweet New Baby Lollipop
Shaker Card using the beautiful Graphic45 Precious Memories collection.

The flowers and leaves were made using the new Graphic45 Large tag die which
includes a large tag, atc tag, flowers and leaves.  The cut beautifully.

I even used a craft straw and wrapped it in the same paper as the rosette.

Above are the products.   I used two 2" strips of 12x12 for the rosette 2 sheets of
6x6  contrasting paper for the flowers and the shaker element. I fussy cut the
baby pic from the paper and covered the straw with a 1" piece of card stock.
My Hot Glue Gun came in very handy as I don't think I could have completed it
in under an hour for the challenge I'm entering.

Graphic45 - Fab Scrap Project No. 3

Hello again my dears,  I'm here to share my 3rd Project using snippets/scraps
from my treasured scrap box,  I can't bear to throw out those little snippets
of papers and card stock.  Anyways here is my pretty Tag made using
those little left over pieces.

I started with picking out all the Graphic45 Ladies Diary bits n bobs
I had left over from making my mini albums.  here they are below

I used quite a lot of the snippets especially the black floral bits, they made
the pretty flowers, I fussy cut out two of the ladies and the little New York words.
A strip of blue was added and I fussy cut out one of the clocks and added it to
the top of the tag.  All of this took 45 minutes including making the flowers.

Here is whats left of the snippets and I'm sure I'll find something to put them
to good use.

Thank you so much for popping in to visit, I hope I've inspired you to look again
at the scrap pieces of pretty paper which I'm sure you keep in a box just like me.

Have a fabulous crafty day everyone!
